Caroline BASUYAU proposes a journey into intimacy through this work extracted from a set of twenty canvases that shows a night forest.
In the work overall we can discover communities of birds that interact, everything is noise and movement. All the birds respond to each other and it is easy to imagine the communication path of each one. In this nocturnal cacophony, painting N°5 is one of the only ones to offer an aside, it shows among other things two parrots who snuggle up to each other, as if they wanted to distance themselves from the group, to find their own territory, a home to share their feelings of love away from the world. It is an implicit analogy of our society where the perimeter of the intimate is reduced to the profile of the common space, where hyper-communication blurs our senses and emotions to the point of denying any real singularity.
Cockatoo
The Cockatoo is known to be a very sociable bird, it is also a determined and above all very obstinate bird. When he sets his sights on an object, it becomes almost impossible to divert it from his obsession. This bird will tirelessly return to finish what he has undertaken, it is a true symbol of perseverance. It is also one of the great qualities of the Maison Fétiche woman!

Legend: A wonderful story in which facts are transformed by popular imagination or poetic invention.
Inspired by a work by artist Caroline Basuyau, this scarf evokes a bygone era, when The White Tiger, a rare and mythical being, ruled the impenetrable forests of the Asian continent. Fortuitous encounter, the king of the felines is advancingserenly and showing no sign of agressiveness : he seems to want to meet his audience to tell them his mysterious story, his legend, that of a monarch once feared and respected.
The artist plays with our perception of depths, The tiger is flat while the rest of the set creates a deep and almost unfathomable perspective. The black ring increases the effect of “successive layers”. The artist shows the main subject as detached from the overall work, as a cut and pasted paper or a repositionable sticker. The use of this device tries to express the perpetuity of nature, remove The tiger and the vegetation will take over the whole canvas, we will just have lost The tiger but nature will always find a way to fill the void.
